We did not want to leave there, this hotel is high-class!!!
Recently refurbished room with a rediculously uncomfy bed, has free Wi-Fi.

We appreciated rooms with a rediculously uncomfy bed. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a prominent basilica was great and handy.
None.
-
Mary
Convenient location, only 15 km from the airport 🛬.

Had modest premier queen room that's on the photos and wake-up service was available in it. The room had coffee/tea makers, multi-channel television, and a study table...
Tbh the views were unattractive, the bathroom - too small.

During my Christmas stay, I particularly liked the breakfast and the comfortable rooms at the hotel. The spread was quite impressive and had a lot of variety to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, very easy to access and close to many tourist spots. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the pool and sauna, which was not crowded and gave me a chance to relax and unwind.
I didn't like the unprofessionalism and disorganization of the staff. They seemed to be overwhelmed, and I had to wait for a while before they attended to me.

Had a memorable stay during Christmas. The buffet meal was delightful and comes with complimentary drinks. The location is very convenient with a supermarket across the street and popular fast-food chains nearby. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beddings.
The hotel's TV channels need improvement with poor reception quality. The wifi system was outdated as we had to log in every time we need to connect to the internet.

Don't have any issues at all.
